Well, it happened..I got my first neg after 181 positives..here it is:

Complaint: terrible communication skills. A simple sale made difficult.

Response: Wouldn't respond/sent many emails with TOS, &even a reminder to pay through ebay

Since this person never responded to my after auction note, or the 3 followups, I'm not sure what MY communication skill problem was..that I wanted to be paid? I did what I knew I had to do..posted a neg feedback to protect others..but dang, it seems unfair if you file with Ebay, that feedback can still be left by the deadbeat. I'll live with it, but I don't have to like it!

Same thing happened to me. It hurts, but now you can get over it and neg every single deadbeat that doesn't pay. I even went to a policy for people under 5 feedback. Billpoint of Pay Pal within 3 days or I neg and relist. 99% of my deadbeats are under 5 feedback. I don't feel people should be able to leave feedback with under 10 period. People just don't care when they have little feedback. They often change accounts like underwear. People have to wear shades for 30 days, but so what? Does that mean anything. They can still bid, right? Why not adopt a 10 feedback policy to leave feedback. That way the account rovers won't kill us honest people!!!

Just remember your first negative hurts the worst........and then you get over it and remember to protect the rest of the sellers who could end up dealing with buyers who are less than above board or just plain nasty! This comment also goes for bad sellers as well, I just say buyers because I mainly sell on ebay and buyers is what I experience the most. My first negative was posted by a woman who refused to buy the item because she found she had one like it (Precious Moment Picture Frame) and when I filed NPB charges against her, she negged me and said I refused to sell her the item.........Boy, talk about mad........I was so mad when I went to post her negative I forgot to click negative, so the negative I posted in her file actually came out as a positive even through the words were clearly a negative comment. I emailed ebay and ask them to change it to the appropriate negative but they ignored me.........So out of 806 posted feedbacks I have 7 negatives now which doesn't sound too good, but most of them have been posted as a result of me filing non Paying bidder charges against them........I don't think people should be allowed to post feedback when they have had these charges filed against them.....That's how alot of retalitory feedbacks are posted.......it's not fair....

Not "NanasTurtle" on ebay

no, he/she was not an aol person. I have both rr and aol, and so far have not had any problem getting my mail...even fromt he sites others are having a problem with. This person also reneged on a car..and that wasn't cheap. The other person is a newbie though and I'm sure she doesn't want to get negged, so it doesn't look like she will leave a neg.
