Hello all-what is the procedure to obtain ebay FV credit when my high bidder lives in Europe and the auction was clearly marked no international? It's a bulky item that I chose not to sell/ship internationally.

Kindly eMail the bidder and tell them that you will be requesting FVF credit for the listing and then relisting the item so that you can sell to someone within the states.

Go to the site map and in the center column, look for the link within Seller Services for the Final Value Fees Credit request form.

There are several options for "REASON" for the request. If you choose "Mutually Agreed" or "Bidder not able to complete trade by Sellers Terms".... I believe the bidder may get an NPB "alert", but not the "Official NPB Notice" when you complete the sequence in 10 days.

ALSO... I believe that both of these reasons for FVF requests can be initiated without having to wait the first 7 days... (but I'm not positive on that one, you might want to check it out).
