I find My Ebay is not always accurate and frequently leaves out auctions. Each Ending auction email from Ebay is more accurate but to track winners is time consuming because you have to open each one - then alphabetize winners to check for multiples and then reopen each email a second time to send the "you have won" email. Takes too long. Plus the EA emails from Ebay are not always timely. Auction Watch manager is not always accurate either and frequently closed auctions are stuck in the Live category. How do you track accurately and in a timely manner?

I use Invenna's Auction Amigo to list, manage & track my auctions. I also print out a hard copy of my daily ended auctions. (Do a Seller Search, check off "last day" for ended auctions & sort by "Auction End" & just print out the ones that have ended.) I like to have a hard copy *just in case*. I check off who has paid & what has shipped on my hard copy also.
*Forgot to say that amigo tells me if a winner has won something else. Printing out a hard copy will tell you the same thing.

I've been using auction watch's post sale management. The new 'express' version is pretty good as it let's you check off multiple auctions at one time, all the info is right there. There is still nothing for multiple item winners and I believe they are working on that. As for the auctions being stuck, I usually do my WBNs the next morning and they're always done by then. If you set them up to go automated, by morning I usually have about half the responses to review, and several payments.
They're currently doing a survey on how to improve the WBNs, so if you tried it before and found it lacking or have ideas for improvement this is a good time to voice your opinions.
I did actually buy Auction Amigo but I want to wait for the update, and then try it out. I didn't want to learn it twice.
edited due to the fact that I'm trying to type and help my daughter with homework at the same time.
