Found a seller with this statement in his auctions. Many of his auctions are closing without any bids I might add.
"Due to recent and unfortunate experience with deadbeat bidders and those who disregard the terms of the auction, any winning bidder that refuses to pay via Billpoint, Paypal, or Bidpay will be rewarded with negative feedback. Do not place a bid if you are not willing to pay for the item according to the terms specified. It is unfair for bidders to place a bid without the intent to complete the transaction. If you have already bid, please retract it. Thank you for your understanding and compliance."
In addition to this, he has in huge, bold, red letters that scroll across the screen:
"You must use one of these three payment methods...Personal checks and money orders will not be accepted!"

Hmmm....he needs a copy of "How to Make Friends and Influence People." I think he should seriously consider whether or not he wants to continue in the business, 'cause he sure does know the right way to make people go away! I'd probably bid if it were something I wanted at a great price (I love buying with PayPal/Billpoint, and there probably wouldn't be much competition), but this is one big turnoff.
Without eBay, I might have a real life...

This is hilarious. We all complain about buyers who don't read our TOS. All I see is somebody who's had 1 too many of those. Comply with the TOS or be negged. He's just acting on his aggravation alittle differently than the rest of us.
