Thanks to all the excellent advice from the AW posters, I did a review of my auctions & tried to do all the following:
1. Removed all wallpapers & any unnecessary gifs/jpgs
2. Used a simple template (sorry spaz but I like templates)
3. Checked my fonts & font colors for easy readability in both IE & NS
4. Enhanced, Compressed & Resized photos for quickest loading possible w/o losing any needed detail.
5. Written brief, but comprehensive descriptions which cover size/dimensions, color, honest (overly) description of condition including all flaws I can find.
6. Streamlined by TOS to include:
Return Policy
Payment due dates
Payment options (incl check hold policy)
Type of shipping used w/stated set price
7. Made my website link meet a minimum of the 2 click rule & made sure all prices are higher.
8. Streamlined my EOA to include:
Total Amount due
Return Policy
Payment Due Dates
Payment Options
My Average Ship Date based on when pmt received
9. EM the buyer on the day the item is shipped. (I realize many sellers don't do this either due to time constraints or the volume of their business. I have a program which does this at the click of a button so it's not a problem for me but realize others don't have this luxury)
I also advise customer that I leave feedback when they let me know the item has arrived safely. (Again, this is strictly my policy & realize everyone does it differently. I leave it once they let me know it's arrived or a week or so after it should have arrived...again, strictly my philosophy & realize every ebay seller has to set their own policy based on their experience & comfort zone).
Okay, experienced sellers..have I missed anything?
Looks like you've covered just about every angle! You might want to include some information about in-state sales tax, though. Aside from that, great job!

eventer & all great sellers who gave great advice in these threads:
I too have done all of the above mentioned stuff.
My auctions posts are clearer & I like it better.
I too eliminated those wallpapers & animated .gifs as I never realized it did slow down loading time.
Streamlined my EOA emails & made it simple & down to the point.
I no longer list through AW but LEARNED ( a big word!) FTP ( just took about 3-4 brain draining days after that it was a breeze!)& got my own website to host pics & when I have time possibly develop it into a FT storefront.
Yeah I also had brushed up onmy HTML a bit.
So yeah, AW charging these fees forced me to stretch my brainmuscles a bit so i am glad for this change! No longer dependent on them!
I am still trying out AAMIGO as an EOA management software & a place to create auction ads but haven't bought it yet. I have 5 more days to plunk down the $69.95...I've been burned with ebud so i am hesitant.
So thanks great fellow sellers. i tend to lurk around here & read posts to improve my auction skills.I can't tell you guys how incredibly helpful some of these posts are!
Learned so much here..
My hats off to all you great guys!
One more thing, I've been more picky with the stuff sell , took the advice to RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH ...& its made a great difference as to how to spend money for inventory more wisely ...

eaauctionmgnt,
Got it covered.
lotsafuzz,
My husband probably wouldn't approve.
pcarlton,
On many of my items I generally have duplicates, so I either replace or refund if lost (mercifully VERY few times this has happened).
On the big ticket items, the insurance is covered in the set shipping price.
On those where I don't normally include insurance, I do mention in my EOA that the total cost does not include insurance & if the buyers wants it, I'll be glad to provide it at cost.
capriole,
LOL! Too Late! I've been cloned by ARAINDROP5.
I also sell internationally so I include in both my TOS & EOA the different payment due dates, payment options & shipping procedures for them.
I also list in my TOS & EOA that I combine shipping & adjust the shipping costs accordingly.
