A few months ago there was a thread in which some happy Mavica owners said they'd bought their cameras at a really great camera shop and I think??? it was in Lake Elsinore CA? I remember that it was in Southern California.
If so, can you give me more information, like the name of the store? Phone number would be even better, of course. Thanks. --Adele

There isn't a camera shop in Lake Elsinore. However there is a Sony Factory outlet store which is where they probably bought it.

Also a factory store that sells them at Birch Run Michigan north of Detroit on I-75
at a big factory outlet discount mall.
Probably several throughout the country.
I also got a referb Discman for about $24.

Thank you! I looked them up on Google.com and discovered they don't give prices over the phone. We're in Utah but go through So. Calif. several times a year and are trying to figure out how to find a friend who will check in there for us.
