one of my auctions just ended w/ no bids and someone e-mailed saying they had problems placing their bid--i told them i could relist the item w/ a buy it now option and she agreed to buy it that way--however i'm not sure how to relist it w/ the option as i did not have the option in the 1st place---could someone tell me how i go about this.thanks alot

Are you listing directly at eBay, or do you use auction managment software? If you're doing it directly at the eBay site, you should be able to relist normally and just check the appropriate boxes for Buy It Now.
I've done it that way with no problems, and I've also used my bulk uploader program (Auction Submit) to add the Buy It Now feature to a relisted auctions. I'd guess other auction managment programs would let you do the same, although I haven't used any others lately.
