I am but one of at least 3 people and probably more who have had money stolen from them by a now suspended Ebay seller who sold Athlon Computer Systems. Since I bought mine directly from him and not at autcion there was little Ebay could do to help me other than direct me to law agencies. I got my money back by filing a ACH at my bank. How ever I have found out that this guy and his wife have been suspended at least 2 other times from Ebay and has had complaints filed against him at the BBB under his last business name. Is there a way I can search different auctions for him? What I am asking is if any one knows of a search engine that allows you to put in a name or a zip code and will search that area for auctions by that seller. I am also trying to find other people he has stolen from.
Thanks

I don't know if their is a search engine that does that but if you put Athlon Computer in Search at ebay it will bring up about 40 auctions. You could click on each one and see if the location or region matches so you may narrow it down some.
There are about 128 completed auctions so you could try the same thing and check the regions. Of course there may be a very good seller in that location also so it may take some detective work.
You were fortunate to get your money back.

Thank you that is what I am doing now. I get the feeling that this guy has closed down for now since calls to his business are only received by a answering machine. As for my money yes I am very lucky that I did a check by phone and not direct mail or I would have been up the not so nice creek!!!

Sorry for being off topic.....I live in Allentown but I pitched fastpitch softball for the First National Bank of Berwick in 1987 when we won the Peensylvania Class C State championship. I also pitched for a team in Bloomsburg for two years in the early 90's and we went to the Class C National Tourney in Minot, ND.
