I was looking at the fine print in my terms of sale tonight, and although my TOS are short, the most "DUH" statement in it is because of a few problems I've had.
I had to say that I must have the address it is shipped to before I ship, because once it is shipped, I cannot send it somewhere else. (Of course it is more eloquently worded in my TOS.)
I had this problem last summer with people telling me they wanted something shipped a certain place, then once it was shipped telling me I should have known I wanted it shipped to them somewhere else.
How about anyone else? Anything real dumb you have stated?

I'm not sure I understand your question.
If someone states with their payment that they wish the item to be sent to Timbuktoo, then it goes to Timbuktoo - period. End of story. If they were to complain I would send them a copy of the email or a scan of their letter and remind them to get back on their medication.
