Let me state that I'm a PayPal fan, but they're killing me lately with their bonehead machinations. I turned off the WBN notices when the first went active, as well as automatic logo insertion for good measure. Today I noticed that when I went to insert some "Instant Purchase" buttons that they also had a pre-checked box to reactivate the WBNs. Luckily I noticed and unchecked it. Watch what you do if you don't want to be opted back in.
