I just did a search and in the list an item will come up as having 5 minutes to go, but when you click on the individual item it shows 1 hour and 5 minutes. Is it just me and my computer or is this happening to any one else.

It's happening to everyone - if you check out the announcement board, Ebay admits there is something screwy going on.

It's seems to be happening with every item on their system, it drops out of the category and search one hour before it's supposed to end - guess they got royally screwed up with daylight savings.

If a bidder clicks on "view sellers other auctions" link it will bring up the correct list of auctions, even the ones that have less than an hour to run.

Now I know why my items ended with crappy bids tonight! And I thought it was an April Fools jinx.

I have auctions closing tomorrow evening. I hope that this "bug" is fixed by that time.

I posted a response to a question on one of eBay's forums and my response was recorded as an earlier time than the question I responded to.

This is an old bug: Richard Smith, now chief technology officer of PrivacyFoundation.org, found the bug in January of 1999; why wasn't eBay prepared to handle a two year old well known bug?
