I'm using 2.68 and no winning email addresses are pulling up, in ebud, I've tried signing in first, singing in on the auction page, etc and nothing. as it is now I'm doing a search on ebay to pull up all my winning auction with the email addresses and cut and pasting the email addresses into ebud.

I don't know why they don't pull the information from the search/seller page? I sent that idea over once before, if you sign in to view the emails addresses it will pull up 200 auction results at a pop. as it is now by accessing each auction page it is taking longer and longer to update the auction information and they almost never make changes to the search like they do the web pages.

anyway am I the only one having these troubles and I hope the search thing helps if your cutting and pasting your email addresses.

I had a bunch of auctions close tonight and everything worked fine for me (2.68 also).

I'm glad you asked.

I changed my user ID a couple of days ago and tonight when I was trying to bring up my new auctions I get this:

"Getauctiondata","Invalid procedure call or argument","04-02-2001","23:20:28"

I was wondering if I need to do something besides change my ID in eBud. It give me that message with both the "old" & "new" ID.

So, is it me or eBud?

i was getting that same error on and off before i upgraded to the newest version.

i think you have to contact them when you change your ebay user name with ebud.

My eBud did an automatic update a few minutes ago, and I got the "Getauctiondata" error message. I just now did another refresh, and it worked fine. If I had to guess, I'd say it's something happening with eBay, not eBud.

My eBud is pulling addresses fine, but it's listing auctions out of order. I have to hit the "sort" button a couple times to get it right again, every time I open tbe program! Customer service stinks too.

My eBud has been so spamatic, after 2 years I am sick of messing with it. I changed to AuctionTamer, which I greatly prefer, and can use it for other sites beyond just eBay.

I'm getting some of the same problems you all have mentioned, so this week I threw in towel and switched programs. I already had AuctionTamer for Yahoo and such.
