Auctions closed last night. Stilllllll no EOA messages from ebay to buyer and seller. Is this par for the course? Kinda frustrating.

No EOA's for today's auctions yet , and unable to get winning bidders' addresses half hour ago , thanks to their new procedure !
Get "functionality unavailable" notice.
The (0)FB newbie who registered yesterday and won my auction must wonder what the #$%! He/she's supposed to do next , or what kind of seller I am ! Rats!

I just received an EOA from April 1st...packages have already been shipped and I'm still (NOT) waiting on the other notices
We have temporarily stopped sending End-of-Auction notices in order to investigate and resolve an issue that caused some auctions to end early this morning. We have determined that the generation of these notices was responsible for the early ending of these auctions. We recommend that you check the correct results of your auctions by accessing your My eBay page.
We are also aware that some pages of the site are displaying incorrect times, such as the search results, listing pages and the chat boards. We are working to resolve this issue as well. The ending time listed on the View Item pages is correct.
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and concern this is causing you, and we will update you with more information, as it becomes available.
Regards,
eBay

*** End-of-Auction Notices ***
Earlier we posted that End-of-Auction Notices had been temporarily stopped so we could investigate and resolve a problem that caused some auctions to end before their scheduled ending time. We have determined that the root of this problem is a bug in the Visual C++ Runtime (CRT) program. This program contains a function called "cvtdate()," and that is the code which determines how dates and times are handled in the database. The bug, as published by Microsoft, impacted auctions running during the change to Daylight Savings Time. If you would like to read more about this bug, please visit the page below:
What does this mean for you? First, we have resumed running End-of-Auction Notices. If you have auctions ending today, you should start seeing your notices arrive very soon. However, the end-of-auction time, as shown on the notices, will be one hour earlier than it should be. In other words, your auction ended correctly on the site, but the End-of-Auction notice end time will be incorrect.
We intend to put a fix in late tonight that should synchronize the times on all eBay pages, including the End-of-Auction notices. We will post an update regarding how we plan to install the fix later this evening so, please continue to check back here periodically for updates.
We understand that this issue has created considerable confusion and we empathize with everyone impacted. We are working to resolve it as quickly as possible and will double our efforts to ensure that these types of external issues don’t inhibit our users trading experience in the future.

Thanks for the message that I notice is now edited braindrain.
The reasons I didn't pull contact info were :
a) It was nearly midnight
b) I couldn't get that "functionality" either
c) my original request , i.e. to get their e-mail address , was being denied,..funcionality unavailable.

I haven't received one in 48 hours now. How do you get the buyer's email without the EOA?? I'm used to yahoo where it's there on the auction page where only the buyer and seller can see the info.

Redskinfan: I found an interesting feature late Sunday night while frustrated with ebay.
I had clicked on a winning bidder's user name at the site of my auction which he'd won. Was sent to that clunky page where you request a look at the person's email address. Accidentally clicked on something that said "display bidder's email address with user name." Went back to the original auction on my screen, and it was there.
THEN one by one I clicked on my other completed auctions and VOILA the bidder's email was displayed automatically on all of them!
Is this a miracle (Our Lady of the Perpetual Address)? Or just something that many of us don't know about?
