I was bidding on an auction and it ended with me being outbid and someone else was the winner. I received e-mail from the seller demanding money even though I'm not the winner and she wants the price this other guy had bid and said the guy decided he didn't want it. Do I have to pay??

no, you do not have to buy. the seller can offer it to the second highest bidder if the high bidder does not follow through. the next highest bidder is under no obligation to buy the item.

redskinfan..just what rarriffle said and if this "seller" argues with you, have them send you the Ebay link that says you must buy from them.....doubt that you will hear from them again, unless you want the item; then you can offer what you had bid on it. Janet
