Am I nuts? I can't find the support request forms at the Auctiva website. Only a daisy chain of my closed support requests, FAQs, and product info. If someone can find the page with the support forms would they post the link here, Moderators permitting?

Start here, and follow the bouncing ball. You just have to keep clicking links (and reading carefully) to get to the forms. I just tried it...it's still there...

No support forms for me! And yes, I have used Auctiva support previously. I did find interesting blank spots on the support pages and IIRC the links may have been in these now empty spaces.

Found the forms and filed support requests. Does that count as contacting support? FWIW Auctiva support _is_ spotty. I've had replies from 3 minutes to 3 days before and quality from the intelligent and helpful to "I don't know and can't be bothered to find out". These are not esoteric technical questions that I ask, but are things that I should be able to find in the FAQs and product information pages.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I think they're understaffed... I've had wonderful luck with the people, though. Not speedy...but, persistent until the problem is solved. So far, at least.
I've found that once I get the first contact, the process speeds up. I always seem to have technical problems...not the easy stuff...
