Now they can sell the names..
If Disney bought it from the toy company, and now partnered up with Ebay, they now have the list via the back door.

Ebay did not sell its list for 50K.

When ToySmart was in bankruptcy, the judge ruled they had to sell their customer list as an asset, despite their privacy policy. To keep that from happening Disney, one of Toysmarts investors, paid 50k for the list, which it is throwing away basically.
