Does anyone find using just one, like buy It Now, or just Auction or use both.

this would be for the antiques, collectibles, glass, etc.

I use BIN for items I want a fast turn around on or items I regularly keep in stock.

I use the auction format for rare items or items I know might be part of a bidding war.

It's like having the best of both worlds.
