How much guff does one have to take from a winning bidder before I can tell her to take a flying leap? She is unreasonable and I don't have time for it...... not for a small sale like hers was.......she threatened to go to ebay because I didn't acknowkedge her response that she was sending her money on monday.......?... what is that? It is getting pretty petty after 4 emails and I am tired of her........can I tell her to leap?

Don't waste time sending petty emails back and forth with these types of buyers. Send your winning bid confirmation along with payment instructions and sit tight. If they ask a question, fine, but multiple emails by these types only lead to larger headaches. These buyers should shop in retail stores, not on the net, as they do not have the product knowledge or trust to do businesss on the web.

Just my opinion.

It sounds like a newbie. Many newbies need a bit extra handholding.

OTOH, even petty questions are important to the person who asked them. I always respond to any questions/comments from a buyer. The person might be a first-time eBayer and apprehensive about getting the item. As a seller, I think it's important to treat buyers well and answering questions/responding to e-mails is part of that...even if it is for a "small" sale and takes extra time.

If she does go to Ebay about it, maybe they will enlighten her about the fine art of relaxing. Good luck.
