I'm trying to decide if I should list any auctions to end on Easter Sunday. Do you think they will be affected by the holiday? Just Sunday or will sales be down before and after the holiday?
And April 15 is on Easter Sunday so Tax Day has moved to Monday April 16. Will that be a bad to have auctions end also?

I've noticed this last week has been a little slower for me than usual.Maybe they're already getting ready for tax day and Easter.I think I'm going to take a break and not list anything to go off until after the 16th.

depends on what you are selling. There aren't a lot of Christains around like there was. There are many people that don't celebrate Easter. It is a little slower but I haven't seen it to be all that much slower in former years. taxes coming up soon would have a larger affect and depending what they are getting back or paying could go either way

A lot of families still celebrate Easter. Even if the religious aspect has waned, it's still used as an excuse for family get togethers. I know last Easter when I was going home from visiting my family, the traffic was incredibly heavy for a Sunday afternoon - almost as heavy as the night before Thanksgiving. Combine that with the looming tax day, and I'd hold off ending auctions until Tuesday (there may even be a little post-tax day stress relief bidding that night!).
