For 2 months now, we’ve been having the most incredible experience with Auction Submit. Every night, we have duplicate auctions that are submitted using Auction Submit using our DSL. This situation has resulted in us spending a few hours canceling duplicate auctions that have been submitted using Auction Submit software on a DSL line. We’ve tried everything. We have tried updating categories, we have corresponded with Auction Submit, and it’s to no avail. Finally, they told us to try a 56K ISP, instead of the DSL. Last night, we tried it and even though it took us an hour to submit 50 auctions, because it would only take half of them,or took them in batches and finally it did take all of them. There were no duplicates. So that means that we’ve saved a few hours in canceling duplicate auctions that we’ve been spending everyday for the past few months. Has anybody had any experiences with Auction Submit, possibly using a DSL line? I find this most interesting, but, even though it’s still a challenge, at least now we don’t have any duplicates so we’ll continue to use the 56K ISP for submitting all our auctions. We have updated modules and updated categories. This is a very interesting scenario, we hope Auction Submit will be coming out soon with a new version. We just cannot figure out what the problem might be, but at this point, we’ll accept any help you might give us. Thank you!

I'm totally clueless about listing software, but I've seen other posts here that have suggested scheduling auctions to start 5 minutes apart instead of all at the same time. I don't know if that suggestion was for a problem similar to this, but you could try it with 2 or 3 auctions as an experiment the next time you list.
It would be nice if Auction Submit had someone like paypaldamon who monitors this board and could help you.
