Can anyone tell me if the Paint Shop Pro web templates building tools can be used to make a template to use on eBay auctions?

I am getting ready to dive into this new software this weekend and if a template is possible it's the first project I will attempt with my new toy.

You can probably make your images and graphic using Paint Shop Pro. However, I don't think you can save html files in PSP.

The "WebTools" are for making IMAGES, not pages.

I use PaintShop Pro 7 for working with my photographs - in fact have reworked older pictures recently via PaintShop Pro 7 (we have used it since Pro 5) but 7 is FANTASTIC! We also use ULead Optimizer, and I do our ads in FrontPage (gives me much more creativity) than AuctionAssistant and such programs.

I Love PaintShop Pro7
ULead Optimizer
And FrontPage 2000

What is the difference between IrfanView, Arcsoft & Paint Shop Pro? Don't they all do about the same thing? I know the first one is free & Arcsoft comes with a Mavica camera & Paint Shop Pro you have to buy. Is it that much better that it's worth paying for? If so, why?

Paint Shop Pro is an awesome program for the money it costs. Poor man's Photoshop! I will probably never learn all the things it can do. I could play with the Picture Tubes for hours!! I use it for my auction images and use Front Page 2000 to write my HTML. You might also want to try out Front Page Express (mini version of FP which is free). That way you can get an idea if you want to buy the program. Some people just use Front Page Express to write their HTML.

I use Paint shop for my professinal graphic items. Awesome program for that.

However, for Ebay I find a free program called ACDSee a lot faster, easier to handle, as I am often running AOL, my ftp software, auction software and the picture editor all at the same time.

it is great for make pictures lighter, resizing and they do have a nice html album generator that you can use for the purpose you want to use Paint shop pro. Paint shop does have another little program that you can use with it to do what you want but it is a time consuming compared to ACdsee.

Paint shop pro was made for photo and image editing. ACDsee was made as a picture editor for the web so every step of the way it has the web in mind and you can beat the cost fee.

Do ACDSee have feature to easily create thumbnails? Any of them create thumbnails in bulk?

I don't use thumbnails but I think it does . . . It is free way don't you just do download if off the net. it is an easy install and a pretty nifty program. The nag is it has adds that change down at the bottom but I hardly every notice them. You can buy it with the adds I think for 30.00
great little program for auctions
