No offense intended, but why would you possibly want to spend energy on something like this? Feedback is important, true. But, it is voluntary. No one is violating any rules by not leaving it.
How will you profit by making such a list?
A better use of time would be to list more things and make some money. Or if you feel the need to enforce rules, go after bogus dealers and scam artists.

I will like to come clean, and admit that when I was 5, I belonged to spanky and alfalfa's "He-man woman haters club".
Then when I was 6, I bonked Darla and gave up my membership.
whew...feels good to get that off my chest after all these years...
