Don't know how to contact him. Paid him while back....never got my item. What should I do and can I get my money back if I just paid with paypal??

Well, I guess I got really taken. Finally found where to go to get a users info, and got it in my email and the guy has in his info, "just ripped ya off" spelled out where his name goes. Good thing it was only six bucks.

ok, now this is really weird....
I receive the item at long last in the mail today. I e-mailed that guy other day and hadn't heard back until today. He tells me he only put that in his name as a joke?? He said he wanted to "get people's reaction."
And even stranger, this item arrived in my mailbox with no postmark, but rather the stamps on it were crossed out by a pencil.
This has been a bad week. Between that weird bidder who got NARUd...this seller and the other weird bidder...I need to get drunk...lol.
