Question. Do you think it is a good idea to tell customers about snipe tools and the like? I have a customer in Australia... and they we having trouble getting bids onto my auctions... due to the time difference, my auctions were ending at 4 in the morning for him. He was thankful that I showed him the link to the snipe tool. Now, as a seller, was that a good idea?

I wouldn't advertise it in my auction description, but if I had a bidder contact me who was having trouble buying things from me, I'd say go ahead. If he REALLY wants your stuff, he'll end up topping the people who have already bid, which means more money in your pocket!

Without eBay, I might have a real life...

If you do advertise snipe tools, you will lose my bid and the bids of many others. It's up to you.
