Scheduled 2 auctions to start tonight with the buy it now feature --

One started at $1 and the other was $17.99 for a starting price --

The one starting at $1 did not show a bin icon while the other one did show the bin icon --

Checking the auctionwatch inventory - the bin was in place for the launch --

Cannot find any specific information on the bin feature on ebay --
