That's all fine and dandy guys, but putting AW Store Fronts live has killed everyone's ability to SCHEDULE auctions form their inventory.

I suggest you fix the feature everyone currently uses and not worry about promoting this new one.

At this point your users are unable to schedule any auctions unless they want them to start exactly 24, 48, 72...hours after they hit the launch button in the scheduler. if they are unfortunate enough to try to schedule them to start tonight they will launch immediately.

You have been aware of this problem since this morning, but have failed to post an announcement on your front page or in the auction control panel about it.

But, Oh Boy, lets get those AW Store Fronts going.....???

Starting to loose patients,

hdoutlet

For more information on this problem please look at the (Auctionwatch Services, Auction Manager) area of the message board.

Are there any plans to offer CC processing through AW (in a pain free un-other company that starts with an a) way? BTW, I think the 2.5% is steep, especially since there are free sites with carts available.

Just my 2 cents worth,
Sid.

There is a possible work around for the scheduling problem.

We went to our closed auctions, selected the items we wanted to schedule and were able to get that to work. The items that recently closed, that are the same as the items in our inventory file that we wanted to schedule, were selected. We hit the relist button, selected times for each item and hit launch. Crossing our fingers that we would not have a bunch of instantly running auctions we went to the auction manager and there they were, scheduled to launch in about 4 hours.

While this may not work for everyone, it may work for some sellers that list the same items over and over again.

Hope this helps,

hdoutlet

I registered and processed the requirement for the regular StoreFront since day 1! I'm utterly convinced that this option does not help me at all. For 2 months I've been selling different highly collectible widgets in the same category (as well as other widgets in other categories). I know that buyers are not viewing the link and increasing my "hits" to see the other widgets in the same category (or any of the others for that matter) and most of these are repeat buyers. I've kept the StoreFront link but I can't imagine doing anything for the Buy It Now service even if I have to cancel my AuctionWatch StoreFront to avoid incurring additional fees. Does anyone else have better success with the StoreFront?

Hello Canvid,

You'll do what any business person does. Adjust to the new fee structure or find a place that better suits your business.

BTW, how is the co-op going?
