So, what do you think about this?
$4 U.S. Shipping.---Bids from those with zero or prior negative feedbacks need to place a $10 refundable deposit via Paypal upon bidding or else the bid will be cancelled right away. Those with positive feedbacks need not place a deposit.
I was interested in the DVD but that kind of turns me off even as a buyer with many positives. This was all that was written in the description area.

Having been deadbeated on $2000 items, I could almost understand a TOS like this on an expensive item. (as a way to keep the sports bidders away) On anything less than $200, it would turn me off big time.
