second party shipping? Saw an auction that touted the fact that they do not use expensive second party shipping. Of course buyer pays exact shipping plus a seven dollar handling charge (item is less than a pound and not precious by any means).
Does this mean they drive it to the buyer?

And yes, it's in the TOS, and would drive me away if I was interested in the item.

Yep. I could see if it was fragile and needed lots of BW and peanuts, but for this item, I can't even imagine it. Their other listings are similar.
