There is one bidder that has bid on six of my auctions in the past month and has not one any of them. The bidder also has 0 feedback. Someone might think I am shill bidding.
What should I do about this bidder that keeps on bidding but never wins?
Should I block him or try to sell him the product.

OMG, we must have the same bidder. I have one bidder who keeps bidding but only the minimum bid sometimes a little more and never wins the auction.
She finally did do a buy it now and the auction went smoothly, she paid right away and we exchanged feedback.
I would go ahead and try to sell to them, let them keep bidding, eventually they have to win don't they?

Maybe this bidder has a really low budget, or he still doesn't know the concept of the proxy bid. I wouldn't do anything about it. Give him a chance, he might actually win someday.
