Nothing much left for me on little items. If you have used it for Ebay and received your money let me know. Thanks!

Moderators - please lock this thread and suggest it be moved to the appropriate category.

I am sure that many come here to hear Ebay issues and not those unrelated to that company.

Shipping, troll, whining and rants that are not specifically related to Ebay belong somewhere else.....but not here.

In doing so I am sure that you will keep the Board "topic specific" and therefore totally in keeping with the AW themes.

How can this thread not be "ebay related" when Paypal, Bidpay, Billpoint, etc are all allowed???? This is another payment method that allows our EBAY customers to pay us. I would say this thread is VERY ebay-related.

jlb444: I have used Ecount several times with no problems. Yes, you get charged $1 to withdraw money, but if you only withdraw money say once a month, you are saving yourself a LOT of fees compared to Paypal. They also have a debit card you could use, but I haven't looked into that too much yet. I just request a check.

DrTrooth where else would you suggest I put it. It does relate to Ebay as sellers are very interested in cutting their costs and finding new ways to collect credit cards and give their buyers the opportunity to use them. If there was another board at AW that this would have been more appropriate I would have put it there, but since most of us here sell on Ebay and the cost of doing business on Ebay is constantly rising a way of cutting costs concerns all of us.

yes dr tooth this is the correct forum for that question, we have enough problems with the moderators locking threads without inviting the moderators into a thread ask it to be locked, and then deny the posters to reply to a question obveously related to ebay payment HELLO MC FLY HELLO?????

EG;

How long you been using them? I get a sinking feeling when I see a new company. I know if we do not use them they go away. I just don't want them to go away with my money.

I agree with you just let the money set and use the card if nothing else. They only thing that bothers me is they are not a bank and I have no insurance at all.

I know, I am just talking right now. Just wondering how long you have used them.

Thank You

Jim

P.S. This is another payment method that allows our EBAY customers to pay us. I would say this thread is VERY ebay-related You are correct but so is DR Tooth, it applies to all auction sites not just eBay. You can kind of blame me fo this I brought it up in a Yahoo Porn thread that people were crying about locking. If we locked threads in EO cause they were not eBay only releated we would not have a lot of them. DR Tooth is asking for equal moderation.

Lanefamily: Hi, I have been using Ecount for a while - since last year sometime I believe. I don't get many payments with them, I think that most people don't know about Ecount. I have never had any problems with them though, and I would recommend giving them a try.

chum I agree, that is how this started is a couple of other people ask for a thread to be locked. As I have stated I like lots of them like this one cause it is for the good. I really started something here today. Be glad it is the weekend for me you might not hear from me till Monday unless there is a new PayPal thread I can poke fun at.

ExecutiveGirl I took the plunge and signed up, will start by adding it to my WBN for now as an alternate service. Thanks for your reply.

I can see that Jim from the Lane Family is the ONLY ONE that has figured it out.

Of course if consistency and and equality were applied that mught cut down the # of posts in the ebay category, eh?

[Oh....he said 'eh' is he from Canada? Could be....then maybe not.]
