I think once an auction is over and someone contacts you in reference to buying it after auction is up to the seller to decide what they want to do. I just saw this in someone's TOS and I do not believe you're allowed to do this. I may be wrong: Buyer Friendly: Check out my completed auctions and if you see an item that received no bids in which you are interested, make me an offer! Check out my other auctions to consolidate shipping costs on this and other items. Just wondering.

Hi Latte: I don't think that's allowed either. I think that would go under "fee avoidance".

Hi Executive Girl, so nice to see you. I would think it would be considered fee avoidance also. The part that gets me is he/she is willing to offers, and negotiations. I am wondering if he/she gets many bidders watching and waiting for a no bid auction so they can make an offer.

Nice to see you too, Latte!

Good point about bidders waiting for the auctions to end so they can make an offer. I would personally hate that. Every once in a while I get someone who makes me a really (pathetic) offer on one of my auctions right after it ends. Like they were just waiting for it to end with no bidders. I always relist the item and tell them to place a bid if they are interested.

But I have a feeling that if ebay was to be notified of this seller you found, I think they would either give this seller a warning or just NARU them.

Exceutive Girl: I was doing a search on a item I was just getting ready to list, this person had about 30 of them in the same category all in a row. no bids, listed quite high. Same in the completed. I also get offers after auction I usualy contact them with a send this auction to a friend after I have re-listed . I really would not like to report some one but he/she has a lot of auctions running right now, very low feedback all positive.
