I need some help. I found a Ridge Racer Playstation game by Namco. I know Ridge Racer is still made because we have one but this caught my eye because it is in a jewel case that measures approx. 8x5 inches. Also on the front at the very bottom is says "not for sale". It shows a copyright date of 1993 and 1994.
The cd is still in the case along with directions and a Namco advertisemtn for other products.
Do I have anything here and how should I list it? Is it considered vintage?

Hi! Usually a game marked "Not for resale" is a pack-in -- sold with the system at one time or another -- however, I can't recall Ridge Racer ever being a pack-in game for the PlayStation. Most likely this means it was a promotional game or give away at one point in time; this doesn't typically increase its value.
You'll want to use PSX in the title -- this is the most common abbreviation for PlayStation; you'll also want to use the title and the manufacturer. I never refer to PlayStation games as vintage -- I reserve that for older systems like the Atari or Vectrex.
EDITED to add: The PSX games used to regularly be sold in those larger cases. And you'll also wanna note that the case and instructions are included (if they are). Condition of the disc matters as well -- folks will want to know if it has scratches even though you konw it works.

My son has sold a few PSX games. Also take a pic of the back of the CD. Buyers like to see that it is black, assures them that it is authentic and not a copy.
They changed the CD cover because too many people complained that it did not fit basic CD holders/storage slots. I still have one of large carry cases I bought just to hold the larger covers.
