How does one go about listing in the new eBay Premier Auction? I went to the eBay site map and could not find a link.
Anyone have experience or thoughts about this new service?

If it helps you, it's the last place I'd like to list.
I've stumbled upon a few of the "Premier" auctions. Most remind me of Butterfields. Lax, Lame, and disgusting TOS. How'd you like to pay $15 for shipping a three pound item?
Premier auctions cost more to list. They almost guarantee loathing. The finest items on ebaY can be located via search; therefore, is "Premier" for the "Item" or the seller???
