A buyer emailed half.com to complain that a package had been destroyed in the mail and the tape damaged. She didn't ask for a refund, it was a complaint. Half.com forwarded the email to me as a "buyer question". I guess my question is -- how would you respond? Ask half.com to issue a refund for the tape? Decide it's the post offices fault? I packed very well and shipped according to half's instructions. This may be simple, I'm just not sure what the seller's responsibilites are here. I feel bad, it was a great tape.
