Well, I can't argue with your answers "tabbs & ashlandtrader" it is certainly both of those things.
Is there a catagory for "Elegant Serving Dish, Plate With a Handle"

Hi McJane, I've seen them called "Tidbit plates" before. You could put "Stangl Tidbit plate w/handle" in your title, and most would probably know what it was by the title.

This is a tidbit tray. It was used for appetizers. The handle was used so that the servers fingers weren't touching the food. La Di Da.
I had one listed and a lady bought it just for the hardwared. She didn't want the tray. I shipped her the hardware, got great feedback.

Libra63, yes it is nice. There is one spot, the tiniest of nicks on the white paint on the edge, but it isn't really a nick because it is glazed over, was always there.
My sister gave it to me years ago because she didn't want it anymore & was going to throw it out. I never used it & came across it by accident today while cleaning out kitchen cabinets. It was hiding in the top cabinet, way in the back.
I would call it an "appetizer serving tray" or "handled appetizer/serving tray." I MIGHT suggest an hors d'oeuvres tray, but I'll bet only one buyer in a hundred knows how to spell it correctly!
