I just filed for a NPB alert for a customer who is past due.
Tonight she responds saying that this auction "fell between the cracks" and will send payment via Billpoint once I send her an invoice.
I sent her an invoice immediately, and she responds telling me that she just paid.
I didn't receive a notice from Billpoint for this auction so I went to my Billpoint account.
I have received several other Billpoint payments today, all showed up in my account with no problem.
For her transaction, though, it says it's on HOLD. Here's what it says:
04/30/01 order held for review XXXXXXXX held for too many different credit cards used
Has anyone ever seen this notice in their Billpoint account before? Anyone know what this means? I've received MANY Billpoint payments before and have never seen this before!

I had two transactions a couple weeks back, where that notice appeared. One of the customers hinted that she had attempted to use more than one card (maybe the first was declined)...I don't know about the other.
Both transactions were approved within 24 hours.
edited for clarification

Thanks for the info, Julesy! Will wait and see what happens with this one. Never saw this error before, so I was kind of worried!
