I PURCHASED AN ITEM AND RECEIVED IT 2 WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS SMASHED TO SMITHERING---SO I E-MAILED THE SELLER TO LET HER KNOW HOW UNHAPPY I WAS { SHE PACKED A FRAGILE ITEM--ANTIQUE,1 OF A KIND & UNREPLACEABLE--WITH ONE PIECE OF BUBBLEWRAP THAT DIDNT EVEN FIT AROUND THE ITEM.} SHE ALSO TOOK A MONTH AFTER RECEIVING MY PAYMENT TO SHIP IT OUT. SO I E-MAILED HER AND TOLD HER TO PLEASE SEND ME MY INSURANCE SLIP SO I COULD AT LEAST GET MY MONEY BACK---WELL NOW 2 WEEKS LATER- NO REPLY, NO SLIP AND NO REFUND.
MY PROBLEM NOW IS THAT I CANT FIND HER BECAUSE SHE IS NOT IN MY RECORDS ANYWHERE--OVER 30 DAYS FOR MY EBAY AND SHE IS NOT IN MY RECORDS IN THE FEEDBACK FORUM--ALTHOUGH I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY AS I NEVER LEFT HER A FEEDBACK, POS.OR NEG.
SO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN FIND THIS SELLER????
Go to this link: http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?LeaveFeedbackShow And type in your name & password. This will bring up all auctions you have not left feedback for in the past 90 days. Scroll through these until you find your item. From there you can click on the auction and email her again.
Also, did you pay by Credit Card? You could always do a chargeback if you cannot contact the seller.

I ALREADY WENT TO THE FEEDBACK FORUM LAST NIGHT TO SEE IF I COULD FIND HER { I KNOW I DID NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR HER AS I NEVER LEAVE FEEDBACK UNTIL I RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE} AND SOMEHOW THAT TRANSACTION WAS NOT THERE.
I PAID W/ A POSTAL MONEY ORDER AND I KEEP ALL THE RECEIPTS BUT NOT ALL OF THE CARBONS.

Would you have any emails in your inbox from her at all? From when the auction first ended? Or any emails in your outbox that you had sent to her when the auction ended? Or the email in your outbox that you sent her 2 weeks ago when you contacted her?
If you are unable to find the auction or her email address you are probably out of luck. Even if you DID have the carbon copy of the Money Order, if she cashed it already there's nothing you could do to get your money back that way.

Did you try doing a search under completed items?
Did you have this item shipped insured?

Even if feedback is pending, if the seller gets NARU'd in the meantime, they disappear from your pending feedback transactions. Just another possibility.
If you have the auction number, those listings usually remain longer than your buying auction history listing.
