I am having trouble with my ebud (now Auctiva Manager). Anyone else? I can't access their site, either.

Hi, I posted about that earlier. Yep, same problem here. Been having problems ALL day long. Can't even access the site to request help, and all my pics are showing up as red x's (broken images). Their site seems to be completely dead.

You are not alone, I kept getting the not validated message from eBud, went to Auctiva to see if they posted anything, was taking quite a while for a response, and it said nothing after getting through. Came here and saw your post. Don't know what is going on, but you have company.

Dang! I looked for a post about it, too. Sorry about being redundant.

I didn't start having problems until just awhile ago. Thought it was my internet connction - we are getting a bunch of snow here in CO mountains. I have a bunch of auctions ending, too.

Well, if this hasn't been a week of glitches!!

My post went unseen, so I'm glad you posted! I was afraid it was my internet connection too because I kept getting "ftp errors".

I am SOOOOOOOO glad I'm not in CO!! I think our snow is gone for now, it was mid 90's today! WOOHOO!! Love this weather!

It is supposed to keep this up until tomorrow. The phone went out yesterday. I had computer withdrawal!

EG, I am jealous. Someday it will get spring here.

Hi,

Things have been back for about an hour now. About 4:10-4:15 ish.

We are investigating this very suspicious activity, and are monitoring incoming traffic very closely right now.

The first problem started at 2:15 pm PDT. If you experienced connectivity problems prior in the day it was most likely just coincidence. Our bandwidth charts show normal activity through 2:15, although I wouldnt rule out that there may have been some other breif periouds of strange activity before 2pm that might have been related to this down time.

I appreciate your concern and do appologize for this inconvience. In the future you may want to bookmark our support discussion boards. They are on remote servers and can be accessed even if we are down. Click the help tab on our site, then click the discussion link and set a bookmark.

Thanks,

Jeff
