Well I know nothing about this set except that if I cannot sell it, I absolutly love it! So sturdy and useable. Anyhow, I hit a garage sale where there was this 50 pc set of drip McCoy dinnerware, complete set. I paid $300 for it, because even if it is not saleable, I love it and will use it myself. I did some searching on Ebay and it doesn't seem to go for all that much. Sure is heavy. Did I find a find or just a good set of everyday dishes? Includes cups, fish meat platter, completer set for table, canisters, the whole shot. TIA!

Dee,
I have had plenty of it, and it seems to go up and down in value, one week you can't give it away, the next prices are outrageous. It sounds like you have some good pieces, keep watch on it, and prices will be up if you decide to sell. $300 does seem a little high though. Heather
adding, the canister set goes for about $100, and others also call it mirror brown. You might check completed prices on ebay.

The brown drip design was owned by everyone and their Grandmother, Including Mine.
It never really goes for much mainly because there is so much of it out there, with every imaginable piece.
$300 seems high unless you got huge number of pieces, you can normally get these for $2-10 a piece at Flea Markets and junque shops.
If you like It I'd keep it and use it it lasts forever.
