Back in December I shipped an item to Germany. The bidder sent me cash. Months later I received the box back with a sticker on it that says refused. When I opened the box it was full of blank video tape boxes.

I wrote to the bidder and asked them what was going on. No reply. I checked his feedback and it was full of negs. Someone accused him of sending the "fake bills". I wondering if he sent me fake money and why would he return the box. Very strange. :0

Refused could mean that the buyer didn't want to pay duty on what ever you sent him. Where the blank tapes the same thing he bought, or was there a switch made.
