A) How were the sellers notified? Not everyone reads these message boards or checks the announcement board.

B) How tough will this be to enfoorce? I imagine Ebay will be spendinga lot of man hours scanning for this stuff.

C) If an auction ends on the 20th, will they cut it short?

A) ... sellers are supposed to have telepathy or read the announcement board.

B) they will react to complaints only

C) if someone complains
