I bought a bunch of carebears (I love them, so don't laugh) and used the BIN to buy them and then tried to pay right away with billpoint but I received the error message that it was an invalid transaction. I tried several times and received the same message. I tried to go to the link they gave on this error page to contact billpoint support, but I received page not found error.
I've only used billpoint a few times and never had a problem. I hope they didn't charge my cc anyway the # of times I clicked place order when it said it was invalid transaction. Has anyone else had this happen to them???

The same thing happened to one of my buyers--I think there's a glitch that they won't admit. Were you trying to use CC or e-check option? My buyer was trying to send an e-check.
