Sorry about the dupe. I did check the first page of topics to see if it was covered already and didn't see it. What was I thinking!

Actually most supermarkets have 25 cent or 29 cent money orders and many gasstations have 19 cent ones (at least here in the upper midwest). I've only paid for a US Postal Money order once when the seller absolutely demanded that it be that and no other, not even a western union [yet made no explanation in the listing of that requirement]! (And funny me... he had 40 some feedback, I had 300+ at the time)

mrlatenite, I know a seller who will only accept US Postal Money orders. In fact, he's the same guy I mentioned in an earlier thread - I had to block him from my auctions because he's a known PITA in our collecting community.

Even at local Swap n Sells, he still wants either cash or Postals. Speculation says he's dodging the IRS. Maybe not, maybe so.
