And further to reddeer's public duty, I went to the eBay Help page on this about an hour ago to read the rules. When I clicked on the "bid retraction form" link, my screen flashed "moved to ... " (couldn't read the new location) then bounced me right back to the help page.

Maybe eBay is in the midst of a changing policy???

Maybe someone at the eBay office needs to hide the DHTML books.
