I have a pair of shorts labeled size 46. They are Italian. I don't know if they are men's or women's shorts. Anyone know what USA size that'd be?? A search of the manufacturer's site revealed nothing but a foreign language to me.

Measure the waist, then check the measurement against a catalog's size chart.

That would be a size 12 american roughly.
