Why is it that the one buyer that you go out of your way for never leaves you a positive feedback? I mean, we've gone out of our way for people several times and it seems like we're just wasting our time!

Unfortunately if you didn't go out of your way the buyer may have left negative feedback. Can't please everyone and maybe just getting paid should make you happy.
