A bidder from Italy is telling me that he's sending me "a code" to collect a Western Union Money Transfer.

Has anyone heard of this? Am I going to have jump through hoops to get my money?

Hi,

It should actually be extremely easy for you.

Any western union office or even most of those check cashing places have western union machines. Just go in, fill out the paper form, give them the "code" the person in Italy sends you, plus you I.D., and you will get either a check or cash (at least that's what happens here). Takes just a few minutes, no charges at your end, the sender pays for it all.

Good luck!
