I just want to scream! My best item had a bid retraction today, it fell to half the price. This "bidder" has done this four times this week! AND I just got a neutral...it says "item in perfect condition, fast shipping", all other feedbacks he left are positive!...GRRRRRR! After two root canals this morning, getting rained on all day, and now these little delights...I just want to go to bed...

Rant on. You are entitled to that and a ton of sympathy. Four retractions in a week seems to be a pretty egregious misuse of eBay. It won't cost anything to alert them to the retraction abuse and you'll feel better. Oh and you may want to block them from bidding on your stuff, too.
As for the feedback, I bet he clicked the wrong button by mistake. I had a newbie leave me a neutral less than an hour after the auction closed..."it looks like I am the high bidder, could you let me know. Thanks".
