Where do I inform ebay that a bidder's email address is "not known" to aol? Thanks.

Forward it to SafeHarbor and put the subject as "invalid contact information". They've been reasonably prompt in getting back to me when I've used this approach.

I've had a few of these in the past month, and ebay has NARU'ed them fairly quickly. Still have to file a NPB and wait the 10 days after that to file for FVF though. At least they are doing something right.
