So, is this guy a "neighbor" to you too? It said on the news last night he was from Fairport, and now the article says he was from Perinton. (Not much of a difference though)

Yup! He's sort of cross town, 20 minutes away. But, not a very nice person. Greed begot him at best. Now we get to support him. One more chirping bird in the nest to feed! That's one more bad seller gone on the bright side. Sunny weather though huh?
